These Homes are finished to a High Standard and are offered from a selection of layouts and designs.
Finishes can also be tailored to your own specification (subject to Negotiation). Offered to the over 50's the properties provide a comfortable home with onsite opportunities for Fishing, Wildlife and Photography, Lakes and Scenery. The nearby villages has good amenities and several dining options and is well placed for Cambridge, St. Ives, Ely, Huntingdon and St Neots.
The properties will be offered with a lease (details to be confirmed) but will include the maintenance of the roads, access gate, grounds and gardening to all the lawn areas.

The Lodges can be found within the Crystal Lakes Leisure complex in Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire which is just off the A14 either Junction 27 or Junction 26 we are located close to the market town of St. Ives and within a stones throw of the City of Cambridge - with easy access to amenities, shopping when on site you'd never know it was all so close!
